Tostar el pan. Mientras tanto, mezclar en un cuenco peque\u00f1o los berros, las zanahorias, el jugo del lim\u00f3n y el aceite de oliva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2. Untar el pan con hummus. Poner sobre una de las rebanadas la mitad de la ensalada hecha con los berros y la zanahoria y algunas rodajas de tomate; colocar otra rebanada encima y poner sobre ella la ensalada de berros y zanahoria restante y las rodajas de tomate que queden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>3. Colocar la ultima rebanada de pan, con la cara untada de hummus boca abajo, sobre el tomate, y presionar hacia abajo.
